Matcha Latte

Rather than making myself a cup of coffee every morning, I make an iced matcha latte using Golde’s matcha powder instead. It gives me a steady boost of energy that lasts throughout the day, but without the jitter (& reflux) I normally get with coffee.

Workout Bike

As a nurse, I work three days a week & have four days off. On the days I don’t work, I do my best to work out in the morning by working out on my Peloton bike. This wakes me up first thing in the morning & sets the tone for a productive day.
